Trisha’s background as a wellness practitioner began in health and fitness. She owned and operated a series of group fitness studios in NJ from 2013-2018.
Since then, she’s developed a private coaching and consulting practice based in professional, relational, and interpersonal communication and behavior change.
As a Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy™ Practitioner, she works with people of all backgrounds and approaches her intimate client sessions openly, judgement-free, and toward client results.
This is a sacred energetic space she doesn’t take lightly.
Time Line Therapy™ is a non-talk therapy that assists in healing past wounds, empowering awareness and emotional intelligence, and generating less limitation and resistance internally equating to more productive outcomes.
She does this by shifting recurring thought patterns, beliefs, behaviors, and habits into “learnings” and helping clients understand how to work with their subconscious mind, not against it.
Clients approach Trisha for things like healing particular relationships, creating more balance in a specific life arena that seems out of whack (while other arenas seem to be going swimmingly); cutting unhealthy habits/behaviors or negative internal self talk, or shifting a belief that is no longer serving (for instance, “I’m an all-or-nothing person”).
Change doesn’t happen over night and over time clients find they’re less triggered by certain events and people, calmer under pressure, more confident in decision-making, and their relationships start to improve both externally and internally.
Time Line Therapy™ is not hypnosis, yet it does involve being in a light trans state, seated upright (so no one falls asleep!)
