Qi Gong w/ Debbie Kelley. 4 week series (2/13, 2/20, 2/27, 3/6) Thursdays from 5:30-6:30. $60 for all 4 Qigong classes. Space is limited. Register in-person or online. Qigong practice involves gentle movements that circulate energy through your body to improve overall health. Reduce stress, increase body awareness and improve balance. For beginners and beyond. Walk-ins are welcome for all sessions and classes, but space is limited.
Valentine's Couples Massage Classes on Friday 02/14/25. Four sessions to choose from: 11am, 1pm, 4pm and 6pm. This class feautures 90 minutes of clothes-on/no oil techniques that bring fun, relaxation and intimacy into a relationship. $75/couple.

Dry salt inhalation (aka Halotherapy) is a gentle, safe and effective respiratory treatment and stress reducer for all ages. Our salt cave comfortably accomodates a private group of up to 6 guests, but is cozy enough for a single visitor to enjoy some relaxing alone time. Make your next family outing or date night a visit to the ZENspire Salt Cave. Sessions start at $25/person. Children 12 and under are ALWAYS FREE with a paid adult visit.
