POSTURE PERFECT & BREATH WORKSHOP ($20/person): 10am and 3pm. How to [correctly & comfortably] Sit, Stand, Sleep & Breathe. Come as you are and leave enlightened! 30 minutes
ZEN GARDEN WORKSHOP ($20/person): 11am and 4pm. Create a Zen Garden in an upcycled vintage vessel complete with sand, rake and your choice of natural decor. 30min-1hr
SUGAR PLUM FAIRY WORKSHOP ($20/person): 12noon and 1pm. Create a Sugar Plum fairy from an upcycled vintage doll. We've got all the trimmings to make her magically sweet! Add a Yuletide Wand for yourself for an extra $5. 30min-1hr

Dry salt inhalation (aka Halotherapy) is a gentle, safe and effective respiratory treatment and stress reducer for all ages. Our salt cave comfortably accomodates a private group of up to 6 guests and is cozy enough for a single visitor to enjoy some relaxing alone time. Make your next family outing or date night a visit to the ZENspire Salt Cave. Sessions start at $25/person. Children 12 and under are ALWAYS FREE with a paid adult visit.
